Estonian sweet food „KARASK“

Ingridients:
·         200g  cottage cheese
·        
2  eggs
·         0.50 teaspoon salt
·         3 tablespoons sugar
·         100g  butter
·         1  cup wholemeal flour
·         3 dl barley flour
·         0.50 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
·         1 cup natural yoghurt
 
Procedure: 
·         Mix soda and flours.
·         Beat eggs, add cottage cheese, sugar, salt.
·         Add the flour mixture; mix well.
·         Add melted butter and and mix very well.
·         Pour mixture into baking dish
·         Bake at 180 º  for 35-40 minutes.
·         Serve hot with butter and cheese
