Workshop of pupils from Poland (sweet art)


„Freckled cake”
 
A recipe for „Freckled cake”:
 -       30 dag of  flours;
-          pinch of salt;
-          250 g of butter;
-          20 dag of sugar;
-          baking powder;
-          vanilla sugar;
-          2 eggs;
-          20 dag of almonds in petals
-          20 dag of chocolate drops
-          nuts,
-          rasins
 
Way of preparing:


          

                      We are blending up flour with 
              salt and baking powder.
1   We are grating butter with sugars
    to fluffy dough. 
    While we are grating we have to add  one egg and second.  We are mixing dough up with the flour, nuts, raisins and chocolate drops.




 


Of dough we are forming the 

balls using two teaspoons. We 

are putting bolls on the baking 

tin. 



We are baking about 15 minutes



Cenci           &         ROSES

A recipe for cenci & roses:
- 6 yolks  of eggs;
- 2 glasses of the flour;
- big mug of the cream;
- 1 spoonful of butter
- 1 spoonful of  the sugar
- 1 the white of eggs;
- 1,5 l of the cooking oil;
- 1 glass of the icing sugar;
- preserves.
 
Way of preparing:


 
 
Of yolks, flour, cream, sugar, butter we are kneading dough.









Thinly we are rolling up. We are cutting circles out about three various diameters, we are cutting a notch in each ring in five places.






      We are spreading on centres of rings with white and we are arranging one on second than biggest to smallest. In the middle we are pressing with finger would get glued together.




We are frying in deep fat to gold. we are draining and moving roses  into the plate. We are decorating the centre of the rose with preserves. We are sprinkling the whole with the icing sugar.


 










   



CENCI



Thinly we are rolling up. 
We are cutting out strips about 15 cm in length and 
we are cutting a notch in strips through the centre. 
We are putting one edge through the hole and we are pulling.


 


We are frying in deep fat to gold. we are draining and moving cenci  into the plate.
    We are sprinkling the whole with the icing sugar.
